We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Order Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, the item is defective, damaged or so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at info@eaglelandinc.com and provide photos/videos of issues.


Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”) is required for all returns. No returns will be accepted beyond 14 days from the date you receive your Return Authorization Number. Defective units must be reported within 14-days of purchase and will be replaced at Eagleland’s cost.

Products must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Eagleland reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please send us an email at info@eaglelandinc.com. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Always contact us first at info@eaglelandinc.com

Eagleland will not process returns or issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. If you purchased a Eagleland product from a distributor or retail partner, the return of such product is subject to that distributor’s or retail partner’s return policy.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

A Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”) must be obtained prior to returning the product. To request an RA Number, please email info@eaglelandinc.com and provide the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone

  • Date of Purchase

  • Product Name/Model

  • Reason for Refund/Images of Defective Parts

  • Order Number

Warranty

The limited warranty covers your product for 1 year from the date of purchase, provided that proof of purchase is presented from an authorized dealer. It is exclusively valid for the original buyer and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners. EAGLELAND reserves the right to either repair or replace defective components at our discretion. Should repair not be feasible, we will substitute the faulty product or part. In cases where neither repair nor replacement is adequate, EAGLELAND may opt to refund the purchase price of the returned product or part.

The warranty does not cover damage such as tearing of the netting or string due to wildlife interference, improper handling, peeling of stickers, ripping of rubber sleeves/twist ties, accidents, regular wear, or damage from misuse, deviation from the provided instructions, or unauthorized repairs. EAGLELAND shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from these situations.

This warranty is only applicable within the United States.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
